Every bicycle model presents its own production challenges. Differences in frame design, component systems, and e-bike configurations often require specific assembly methods and manufacturing expertise.
With extensive OEM/ODM experience, SANFA supports both conventional bicycle and e-bike projects through an integrated production system that combines process control, specialized assembly techniques, and quality verification to ensure consistent and reliable results.

Every Stage of bicycle assembly relies on accurate and up-to-date production information. our digital ERP system keeps the latest specifications synchronized across every workstation, ensuring engineering updates are applied consistently throughout the assembly process.
▶︎First-Article Validation
Moving from development to mass production requires careful validation. Before production begins, we verify the first assembled bicycle to confirm that specifications, frame geometry, and assembly accuracy meet the approved design. Once validated, the same standards are carried through the entire production run.
▶︎In-house Wheel Building
Wheel quality has a direct impact on the performance and reliability of the finished bicycle. We build wheelsets in-house, maintaining precise spoke tension and wheel trueness to ensure every wheel meets the required quality standards before final assembly.
▶︎Frame Inspection
Before assembly begins, every frame is carefully inspected to verify its condition and compliance with the approved requirements. Only frames that pass inspection are released for assembly, helping ensure quality and consistency from the very beginning of the production process.
▶︎Frame Alignment
Full suspension bicycles require precise frame alignment to achieve their intended geometry and ride performance. We verify the front triangle before assembly as the structural reference for the assembly process, then align the rear triangle after assembly to confirm the completed frame maintains its intended geometry.
▶︎E-bike Pre-assembly
E-bike assembly involves additional electrical systems, wiring, and integrated components that require careful preparation before entering the main production line. SANFA completes key pre-assembly operations such as cable routing, battery preparation, and electronic component installation in advance.
By moving these tasks upstream, we can simplify the main assembly process, improve production efficiency, and maintain greater consistency throughout e-bike production.

Different bicycle models and assembly processes benefit from different working positions. Our adjustable tooling supports both upright and upside-down assembly, improving ergonomics, reducing assembly errors, and increasing production efficiency.
▶︎Quality Control
Every finished bicycle undergoes a final quality inspection before shipment to verify appearance, functionality, and compliance with the required specifications. The quality control process also includes test riding as part of batch verification to help confirm riding performance.
▶︎Shipping Coordinationintegration
Efficient shipping continues the same controlled workflow used throughout production. We load sealed cartons directly into shipping containers, reducing intermediate handling and minimizing the risk of damage. Shipment information is integrated into the ERP system to maintain accurate shipping records and product traceability.
