With roots dating back to 1967, SANFA entered the bicycle industry in 1988 and has since evolved into an experienced OEM/ODM manufacturer and development partner for global bicycle brands. We support our customers in transforming product concepts into market-ready bicycles through in-house R&D, product development, sourcing, and complete bike assembly.
SANFA operates two dedicated manufacturing facilities: an aluminum frame and fork factory specializing in aluminum frame production, and a bicycle assembly factory providing complete bike assembly services. Together, these facilities enable us to support the development and production of both conventional bicycles and e-bikes across a wide range of markets, riding disciplines, and customer requirements.

▶︎ Assembly Factory
As an experienced bicycle and electric bicycle factory, SANFA provides complete assembly services for both conventional bicycles and e-bikes for global bicycle brands. As each model has its own specifications, components, and assembly requirements, every production process is carefully planned to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
From first production sample validation through mass production and final quality inspection, each stage is closely controlled to ensure the finished bicycles meet the required specifications before shipment.

Every bicycle frame must balance a unique combination of performance, compatibility, and manufacturing requirements. Even small engineering decisions—from frame geometry and mounting interfaces to wheel compatibility and integrated drive systems—can result in significantly different frame designs. By integrating engineering and frame manufacturing into a coordinated workflow, SANFA refines each design with production in mind, helping brands move efficiently from development to production.

Serving international bicycle brands has given SANFA a strong understanding of global market expectations, quality standards and project requirements. Today, 100% of our production is exported, with more than 70% destined for European markets. Each customer is supported by a dedicated brand manager who coordinates each stage of the project, providing a consistent point of contact from product development through production.
